DROP IN ON ANY OF OUR SATURDAY MORNING FLOW SESSIONS just before our group beginners class each month.

no matter where you are on your flow journey this session is ongoing so you learn at your own pace different flow teachers will specialise in different props but all have extensive knowledge of multi prop use.
